1. Terms used
Lessor — the person providing the car for rent.
Lessee — the person renting the car.
2. What documents are needed to rent?
When picking up the rental car, you must present a valid driving license held for 1–3 years and a Moldovan ID card. Minimum age — 21 years.
3. What is the deposit?
The deposit is a sum of money held for the duration of the rental. If the car is returned undamaged, the full amount is refunded when the rented car is returned. The deposit amount depends on the car's make.
Payment of the rental fee and deposit is made on the day the rental agreement is signed.
4. What happens in case of an accident?
If the car is involved in a traffic accident during the rental period, you must notify your manager immediately.
5. Renter's obligations
- To use the car for its intended purpose, observing technical standards, traffic rules and the terms of the contract.
- Not to use the car to transport or tow other vehicles.
- Not to drive while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances.
- To use the car solely within the Republic of Moldova. Travel outside the country or into the Transnistrian region is allowed only with prior notice to and the agreement of the Lessor.
- To return the car at the end of the contract in the same condition in which it was handed over, allowing for normal wear and tear.
- Not to use the car as a taxi or for driving lessons.
- Not to take part in races, sporting competitions or tests.
- Not to exceed the maximum permitted speed — 90 km/h in built-up areas and 130 km/h outside them (at your own risk). If the 130 km/h limit is exceeded three times, the Lessor may terminate the contract unilaterally without refunding the rental amount paid.
- Not to hand the rented car over to third parties for use, whether for payment or free of charge.
6. Personal data protection
We process the data you send us through the website (name, phone, email, booking details) in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, solely to handle your request and to conclude and perform the rental contract.
- We do not ask for card details or your ID card or driving licence number through the website — documents are checked when the car is handed over.
- We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.
- We keep data for 3 years after the rental ends, and uncompleted requests for 12 months; then we delete it.
- You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion and contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
- When you submit a form, we keep proof that you accepted these terms: the moment, IP address and version of the text.
All details — who the controller is, who receives the data and how to exercise your rights — are in the Privacy policy.
